One of the UK's biggest marathon races this was a first time at the GT7.
Superb course with more variety, more vertical variation and more technical singletrack descending than some of the Nevis Range based similar events. Generally a faster field of riders vying for the top spots too.
Having a good nutrition plan was the big learning from this race. It seemed to make a very welcome difference! Even better was having "Support Staff" backup to sort the bars, bottles and broken bike bits, cheers Keith!
